We’re Jeremy & Mattison Martini

Before starting Martini Real Estate, Jeremy and Mattison both managed and worked on the strategy team at Nordstrom. That experience allowed them to learn exactly how they would run a business of their own all while providing the highest level of service and attention to detail to their clients. 

After Jeremy entered the industry in 2017 and his business started growing, he began looking for an assistant to help him continue delivering that one-on-one experience that his clients love. This is when Mattison officially joined Jeremy as a Realtor, bringing her love for client outreach and eye for design to the team. 

Shortly after Mattison joined Jeremy in 2020, they decided to expand their Listing Services to include Home Staging as part of their package. This includes a one-on-one consultation of what the interior and exterior of the home is recommended to have done prior to it being staged and listed. After touring many homes with their buyers, Jeremy and Mattison learned that the presentation of the home was key to it selling for top dollar. Whether the home is vacant, or the seller is living there, Jeremy and Mattison tailor the stage to each situation making sure the home will show perfectly.

Martini Real Estate has proven to deliver results for their clients by selling their listings for over asking price, propelled by receiving multiple offers for the seller to choose from. And while representing buyers, helping them navigate the market with ease while negotiating the best deal possible is what you can expect from Martini Real Estate. To ensure they are available for their clients as much as possible, they added another realtor, Jeremy's cousin- Ben Clayton, to the team.

Jeremy and Mattison live in the North End of Tacoma in a home they have been renovating for the past 4 years. They have a daughter named Presley who just turned one, and a bulldog named Max that takes his guard duties very seriously along their fence line. When they aren’t busy working, Jeremy, Mattison and Presley are working on home projects, cooking creative meals, or making their backyard dreams come true in creating their own Santa Barbara inspired oasis. Getting involved with the Tacoma community is another passion of the Martini’s, as they have fostered a partnership with HopeSparks Family Services and host fundraisers with the help of local businesses in the area.
